Emil Eifrem

CEO and Co-Creator, Neo4j

Emil Eifrem is CEO of Neo Technology and co-founder of the Neo4j project. Before founding Neo, he was the CTO of Windh AB, where he headed the development of highly complex information architectures for Enterprise Content Management Systems.


Jim Webber

Chief Scientist, Neo4j

Jim Webber is Chief Scientist at Neo Technology working on next-generation solutions for massively scaling graph data. Previously, Jim was a Professional Services Director with ThoughtWorks where he worked on large-scale computing systems in finance and telecoms.


Philip Rathle

VP of Products, Neo4j

Philip spent the first decade of his career building information solutions for some of the world’s largest companies: first with Accenture, and then at Tanning Technology, one of the world's top database consultancies of the time, as a solution architect focusing on data warehousing and BI strategy.


Igor Borojevic

Director of Product Management

Igor Borojevic is Director of Product Management for Neo Technology, focusing on development of enterprise features such as Security and Operability. Previously, he worked at eBay as product owner for inhouse machine translation service enabling crossborder commerce.


Alastair Green

Director of Product Management

Alastair was the Head of Design and Architecture for risk systems at the Royal Bank of Scotland before joining Neo, and before that the Head of Enterprise Data Distribution Infrastructure at Barclays Investment Bank, responsible for architecture and product management of an internal product for data integration.


William Lyon

Developer Relations Engineer

Prior to joining Neo, William worked as software developer for several startups in the real estate, quantitative finance and predictive API spaces. William holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Montana.
