Eclipse RCP application development with embedded Neo4j
NoSQL is the magic word when it comes to the processing of Big Data. The sheer size of data is here, however, only one factor. Increasingly, the complexity and connectivity of data must be included in the definition. Graph Databases promise to be particularly strongly linked data for an ideal storage format and management tool. With the following article I want to give the reader in the form of a case study, an insight into a current project in which we have very hard in recent months, a graph database in use – in this case, the Neo4j. Maybe this article will walk in one or the other reader yes also, sometimes thinking if a graph database in its project may have a better storage medium than the relational counterparts, which are often still used. Read the full article in the Eclipse Magazin 4.2014 found here.
