Graphs and graph databases are key technologies that enable the deployment of AI for mission-critical use cases. However, many organizations struggle to build enterprise-grade, production-level GraphRAG applications. During this session, we will share lessons learned building the first patented, graph-based explainable AI platform for enterprises. This includes data ingestion, UI/UX, retrieval, AI agents and inference, evaluations, and deployments (cloud, hybrid, or self-hosted). Attendees will gain an understanding of the factors they need to consider when designing a GraphRAG application and be better equipped to make an informed build vs. buy decision for their organization and use case.
