Brandon Tsao grew up in LA and started studying Computer Science and Engineering up north at Santa Clara University. He was interested in computers from a very early age, sparked by the development of old computer game mods. Soon after, he got into ethical hacking, trying to break into his own systems. Ever since, he has been developing personal Python scripts, attending hackathons, and and breaking his own machines.
Outside of school and work he likes to train in Krav Maga, a self defense system developed for the Israel Defense Forces that focuses on real world combat situations. It keeps him in shape and provides practical skills, though sometimes he wonders why he pays others to make him suffer. In his free time he enjoys good food, drink, and video games, preferably all at once.
