Llyod Byrd is the Vice President of Application Development and Technical Solutions at Convergys.
As head of all global applications and technical solutions for Convergys it was my Byrd’s teams responsibility to figure how to technically ready ourselves for GDPR. Their lead architect started sharing with about Graph and potential uses. Byrd went to GraphConnect to learn more, explore, and possibly see if our target use case areas could be furthered.
