About Loic Fura, Architect for Neo4j on IBM Power Systems
Loic is an IT Specialist with extensive experience and skills in systems and complex solutions performance tuning.
He started his career at IBM with an internship at the Client Center of Montpellier, France in the Performance Benchmark team. Over the years, he acquired experience with different customer workloads and specialized in relational database (Oracle, DB2) performance Tuning on Power Systems.
Loic moved to the United States in 2013 and joined the IBM Poughkeepsie, NY Client Center where he developed skills around Big Data, Analytics and more recently Machine Learning/AI.
While he is mostly dedicated to assisting customers performance tune their applications and workloads, he enjoys testing and developing demos using the latest emerging technologies during his spare time. He holds a Master of Science degree, with good distinction, in Computer Sciences from University of Montpellier, France.
