Vaccinations Required to Attend Neo4j Events.

The health and safety of our customers, partners, and employees remains a top priority for Neo4j. The following Neo4j health measures and COVID-19 event guidelines have been developed in partnership with various health and legal experts and may continue to evolve as local, state, and CDC guidelines change.

For all Neo4j events, the health measures below will be in place. All attendees and staff are required to agree to abide by these guidelines to gain admittance to the event. Registrants will be asked to acknowledge and accept adherence to our COVID-19 policy at the time of website registration as well as upon arrival onsite.

Vaccination

All attendees and staff at Neo4j events must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to checking in at the event. Fully vaccinated is defined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as 2 weeks after a second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer, Moderna, or AstraZeneca vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

All attendees must provide proof of vaccination during onsite event check-in. Acceptable records include your physical COVID-19 vaccination/immunization card, a photo of the front and back of your vaccination/immunization card, or a digital verification from a smartphone application. The name on your vaccination record must match your government issued ID. No record of vaccination status will be made or retained by Neo4j.

Additional Details

Neo4j events will be run according to official government and local health authority guidance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations. All attendees and staff are asked by Neo4j not to attend if they are feeling unwell, and teams will follow local health authority guidance on detecting and managing anyone who displays symptoms of COVID-19.

Should it be necessary, Neo4j will make attendee records available to local authorities in the event a contact tracing is required.

If we become aware that someone at the venue has been diagnosed with COVID-19, we will contact health authorities and provide them with a list of people in attendance so they can notify attendees and conduct contact tracing.

Personal Accountability Commitment

Providing a safe environment for our event participants is a top priority. Achieving this goal is a shared responsibility. By attending a Neo4j event, you agree to abide by and engage in conduct that is beneficial to health and safety. This includes, but is not limited to, complying with local, state and venue regulations, and not attending if you are not fully vaccinated or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.

COVID-19 Information

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures and require all persons to follow posted instructions while attending a Neo4j event. You must agree to abide by all Neo4j and venue safety protocols, follow applicable safety precautions.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.

By attending a Neo4j event you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
