The portal, named DXC Career Navigator Digital Skills and Mentoring platform, allows DXC employees to explore potential career advancement pathways while matching their skills to specific client project requirements. Built using Neo4j Enterprise and Graph Data Science modules, the portal has enabled DXC to integrate various data sources to gain enhanced insights into employee skill sets.
