My colleague and friend at Neo Technology, Alex Averbuch, is working with LDBC, a EU project aiming at investigating viable benchmarking infrastructure, data generators and guidelines for graph databases in order to find chokepoints, potential areas of improvements and maybe comparisons between different database systems. I want to present a very first overview after only 4 months work of a total project timespan of 3 years.
