Rod Johnson, creator of Spring Framework and chairman of Neo Technology, officially announced that he will be leaving VMware to pursue new interests.
Johnson remains chairman at Neo Technology, the company behind Neo4J, and has been moving towards investor/board roles for the last year or so. Without revealing details, he told InfoQ that he will be taking up another two board positions, which will be announced in the next few weeks. He is also enjoying being able to spend some time coding again, and is considering spending some time learning Scala.Read the full article.
