Session description
This talk addresses the critical need for effective contact tracing solutions amid the pandemic, particularly in contexts where traditional smartphone-based or Bluetooth wearable approaches may be limited. It introduces human-centered design for a platform that puts people first. Utilizing graph-based databases and peer-to-peer scanning mechanisms, the platform facilitates real-time contact tracing and timely notifications. Participants attending this session will learn about the adoption of graph-based databases in human-centered design. Additionally, we will discuss the scalability challenges, gaining insights into building scalable, privacy-aware contact tracing systems suitable for deployment in populous environments.
