Session description
Dense property graphs can be difficult to explore, especially in 2D. In this session, James Mireles will walk you through how to (literally, so to speak) walk through your Neo4j graph using virtual reality. Standing in a VR force-directed Neo4j graph, you will see centrality easily, you will fully understand the topology of your data, and you will understand connections and pathways as never before.
Founder, Aviar Technology
James Mireles is the founder of Aviar Technology, which focuses on XR content development for the enterprise. James has been in XR development since 2014 and built the first virtual reality prototype of AviarGraph in 2018. In 2020, he ported the bespoke prototype to Neo4j, enabling the system to read any graph dataset in Neo4j. In 2022, James expanded the capabilities further funded by a USAF STTR partnership delivering test and evaluation data flow visualization at the Pentagon. Besides his VR and Neo4j skills, James builds with Legos, plays bass, and can balance a sharpened pencil on his fingertip.
