Session description

Many organizations are using SharePoint to build centralized knowledge bases for storing FAQs, product documentation, troubleshooting guides, and other relevant information. However, its limited search capabilities can make finding specific information challenging, especially if the information is stored in images or documents. In this session, Arif will discuss how to construct knowledge graphs from a SharePoint site to better structure the information. He will also demonstrate how to combine the knowledge graphs and LLMs to provide improvements in Q&A performance.
