EY’s Organizational and Talent Hub (OTH) product enables to HR teams to quickly and flexibly design new organizations to support complex mergers and spinoffs. With a new D3 front end and recently re-platformed on Neo4j, the OTH development team replaced a legacy SQL-based stack and moved from design to production in less than a year.
