In my talk, I present a digital notebook approach together with graph analysis. This allows you to express our gut feelings with the help of hypotheses, explorations and visualizations explicitly step by step.
I show the collaboration of open source analysis tools (jQAssistant, Neo4j, Jupyter, Pandas) to inspect problems in Java applications and their environment (Git, FindBugs, JaCoCo, Profiler etc.).
