We all know graphs offer the incredible ability to store, model, analyze, visualize, and apply algorithms to lots of connected data. In this session, Jacob will share his experience using Neo4j to represent the customer journey and then unearth key behaviors and patterns. He will go over the basic definition of the customer journey, the customer journey graph data model, and the flexibility and efficiency of graphs to answer questions related to these journeys. Finally, he will, at a high level, explain the framework for using Graph Data Science – node similarity and embeddings – to measure similarity between customer journeys at scale. You'll learn how to uncover insights about your customers that may not be easily reachable through traditional relational databases.
