Bettter Visualization with Virtual Nodes and Rels in APOC (#11)

Virtual nodes and relationships allow you to take (aggregated) data and turn it into a virtual graph.
They can be used in Neo4j Browser, Bloom, other visualization tools and all drivers.
You can represent transient relationships, group nodes by attributes (like community or year) and much more.
