Lakehouse + Graph: Delta Lake, Unity Catalog and Neo4j for Governed AI Pipelines

Session Track: Knowledge Graphs & GraphRAG

Session Time:

Session description

Shaurya Agrawal will demonstrate how to pair Delta Lake’s bronze/silver/gold architecture with Neo4j to build governed AI pipelines that track lineage, derive graph features and power GraphRAG, while keeping RBAC, audit logs and data contracts synchronized across both systems.

You’ll learn architectural patterns for dividing responsibilities such as Delta for events, aggregations and feature tables. You will also learn lineage tracking, relationship modeling and GraphRAG context retrieval and how to sync Unity Catalog metadata with Neo4j schema and propagate RBAC policies and audit trails. You’ll walk away with a reference architecture, code samples and a governance dashboard design that spans lakehouse and graph.
