Session Track: Graph + AI in Production
Session Time:
Session description
This session explores how organizations are building and deploying AI agents using Neo4j Aura Agent to solve complex operational challenges. You’ll get a quick introduction to the Aura Agent platform, then hear directly from two customers who built and deployed their own graph-powered agents using Aura Agent—seeing how teams are tackling challenges in public safety and software engineering.
The session opens with an overview of Aura Agent—an agent creation platform that lets developers build AI agents grounded in their knowledge graphs in AuraDB in minutes.
Two early adopters then share their production experiences. NAPSG Foundation built a natural language interface letting first responders query complex, interdependent infrastructure systems in plain language, with answers surfaced across both a knowledge graph and a geospatial map. Leanmote AI connects software engineering tools—Jira, GitHub, Slack, and more—to a context-aware knowledge graph, providing engineering leaders with AI-driven guidance to identify bottlenecks, reduce lead times, and justify headcount decisions with real evidence.
Come and learn how customers are building graph-powered applications and agents with Neo4j Aura Agent.
Sr Product Manager AI, Neo4j
Ed Sandoval is a Senior Product Manager for AI at Neo4j, where he leads development of Neo4j Aura Agent and the company’s Text-to-Cypher capabilities. He has worked across multiple waves of AI innovation, from traditional machine learning at Salesforce Einstein to pioneering vector search at Redis. Today, Ed focuses on graph-powered AI, helping developers build intelligent applications and agents that combine large language models with knowledge graphs. His work centers on GraphRAG, AI agents, and enabling teams to move from AI experimentation to real-world production systems.
Founder & CEO, LeanMote AI
Diego Giron is helping CTOs accelerate their software development cycle (SDC) with Formula 1 precision. As Founder & CEO of LeanMote AI, he has developed a platform that connects tools like GitHub, Jira, Calendar, Claude & more into a context-aware knowledge graph to provide full lifecycle visibility. This graph powers real-time AI insights that detect bottlenecks across multiple teams and platforms driving 135%+ throughput gains and 37% faster lead times. Diego is actively scaling LeanMote globally, backed by EY Foundry, Start-Up Chile, and the Stanford GSB & LBAN ecosystems.
Data Scientist, NAPSG Foundation
Jesse Osborne is a geographer by training with academic specialization in remote sensing and geographic information systems earning both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). Jesse is a data scientist at the NAPSG Foundation specializing in geospatial analytics, knowledge graphs, and AI for public safety. With more than 20 years of experience supporting over 30 U.S. federal agencies and organizations, much of his work spans the fields of geospatial intelligence, computer vision, natural language processing, and infrastructure analytics. He currently leads development of LINK (Local Infrastructure Network Knowledge), an AI-powered platform that enables public safety professionals to ask complex questions about infrastructure networks using natural language.
Chief Operating Officer, NAPSG Foundation
Kevin Kay is the COO of NAPSG Foundation, a nonprofit providing geospatial tools and support free of charge to public safety organizations nationwide. A former U.S. Army Infantryman (82nd Airborne), Kevin served as a Deputy Emergency Manager and Homeland Security Analyst at the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office before joining NAPSG. He holds an M.A. in Public Administration and has spent his career bridging the gap between emergency responders and the technology that helps them make better decisions under pressure.
