Kapil Hetamsaria is a global executive leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth across Enterprise AI, Cloud, and database platforms. He currently serves as the Chief Business Officer at Neo4j, where he spearheads strategic growth and technology partnerships.

His previous leadership includes high-impact roles at C3 AI, Microsoft, and McKinsey & Co., where he consistently delivered significant ARR expansion and business model innovation. An entrepreneur at heart, he has also co-founded and led startups such as Viddl App and Velvetcase.

Beyond operational roles, he provides strategic guidance as a Venture Advisor and LP for Tola Capital and MFV Partners. Kapil holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Mumbai.
