Thomas works as Lead Architect on major projects within multi-cultural organizations across Europe, while also leading the Architecture Practice Group for best practice and deployment of architecture tooling, SparxEA. Thomas also works on Proof of Concept delivery for IBM Business Partners across Cloud, Websphere, Energy & Utilities domains, as well as the design of new modules across multiple technologies to include Java, Pega and ETL.
