Thomas is a Partner and Head of Growth Equity Europe and Israel at DTCP. He is responsible for the European and Israeli activities of the fund and invested in / serves as Board member / observers at: Aircall, Signavio, Pipedrive, LeanIX, Relayr, Fornova, eValue, enfore and Gini.
Prior to DTCP Thomas was Founder and Managing Partner of Bauer Venture Partners, a €100m venture capital fund. Before, Thomas was the Head of M&A at Bauer Media and long-term Managing Partner at German venture capital pioneer Neuhaus Partners. He invested in Searchmetrics, Content Fleet, Propertybase, Contorion, Navabi and apprupt, amongst others, and has gained broad entrepreneurial experiences from the foundation of several companies.
Thomas studied at the University of Hamburg and holds a master’s degree in technical economics.
