Road to NODES Workshop Series – Handling Neo4j Data with Apache Hop
Apache Hop is a top level project at the Apache Software Foundation which aims to facilitate all aspects of data and metadata orchestration.
This workshop will start with an overview of what Apache Hop is and why organizations are using it. Then we’ll dive into Neo4j specific functionality ranging from no-code and graph model based data loading over Cypher and bulk loading options. This will happen with practical examples and demos.
We’ll also explore ways of automatically storing data and execution lineage information in Neo4j. Finally we’ll show how we can load data into Neo4j Aura by running a Hop pipeline on GCP Dataflow and on AWS EKS.
