Aura Promotional Credit Terms

These terms govern promotional Aura credit codes (“Credit Codes”) issued by Neo4j, Inc. (“Neo4j”) that may be redeemed in the Neo4j Aura console for credits applicable to the Service (“Aura Credits”). By clicking “Redeem,” you agree to these terms on behalf of the Aura organization account to which the code is applied and represent that you have authority to bind that organization. These terms supplement the Aura Self-Serve Terms of Service, which continue to govern your use of Aura.

  1. General.Aura Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may only be applied to offset eligible Aura fees incurred by the redeeming organization. Aura Credits will not be applied against any applicable taxes. Neo4j does not sell Aura Credits.
  2. Redemption.Each Credit Code may be redeemed once to a single Aura organization account. Once a Credit Code has been redeemed by any member of an organization, it may not be redeemed again by any other member of that or any other organization. Credit Codes may be subject to eligibility requirements or redemption limits specified at the time of issuance (for example, restriction to participants in a specific event or program, or a maximum number of redemptions). Credit Codes may not be combined with any other Credit Code, promotional credit, or offer unless Neo4j expressly states otherwise.
  3. Expiration.Credit Codes expire as indicated by Neo4j at the time of issuance. If no expiration date is specified, a Credit Code expires sixty (60) days after issuance. Expired credits are forfeited with no extension or replacement. Any unused Aura Credits are also forfeited upon termination or closure of the associated Aura account.
  4. Revocation.Neo4j may deactivate or revoke any Credit Code or Aura Credits at any time, with or without notice, including where Neo4j suspects fraud or misuse, the Credit Code has been publicly disclosed or redistributed beyond its intended recipients, or the applicable redemption limit has been reached. Credit Codes are issued for the benefit of their intended recipients only; Neo4j has no obligation to honor a Credit Code redeemed by a person or organization for whom the code was not intended. No refund or replacement will be provided upon revocation. In addition to Neo4j’s revocation rights under this Section 4, Neo4j reserves all rights and remedies available at law or equity in the event of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms or the Aura Self-Serve Terms of Service. You agree to reimburse Neo4j for the value of any Aura Credits used in violation of these terms.
