Luanne Misquitta is Global Head of Public Sector and Workforce Intelligence at Neo4j. With over 17 years of experience in graph technology and connected systems, she helps organizations improve decision-making, strengthen operations, and unlock greater value from data. She works closely with customers and partners around the world to identify high-impact graph use cases, while developing strategic go-to-market assets across the public sector and workforce intelligence and strengthening Neo4j’s market credibility.
Before joining Neo4j, Luanne held senior leadership roles across engineering and product, including 10 years as VP of Engineering at GraphAware, where she led and scaled the product engineering organization for Hume, a graph-powered intelligence analysis platform. She also served as CTO at cMatter.
Luanne is co-author of Neo4j: The Definitive Guide, published by O’Reilly. A frequent speaker, writer, instructor, and advisor on graph database technology, she is a recognized thought leader in the graph community and a strong advocate for how connected data can improve government outcomes, strengthen workforce intelligence, and support better decision-making.
