Aura Agent in Production: New Features and Customer Stories

Session track: Modern Applications

Session time:

Session description:

AI agents are rapidly moving from prototypes to production, but building agents that can reason over enterprise data and deliver real business value remains a challenge. In this session, you'll discover the latest innovations in Neo4j Aura Agent and hear directly from customers who are deploying graph-powered agents in production today. We'll start with an overview of the latest Aura Agent capabilities, including the features that help developers build, evaluate, and deploy agents grounded in enterprise knowledge graphs faster than ever. You'll then hear from two customers applying Aura Agent to complex enterprise use cases. AVA (AI Veterans Assistance) uses Neo4j Aura to connect U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) regulations (38 CFR), clinical evidence from medical records, and military service history in a knowledge graph. By connecting these different sources of information, AVA helps veterans assess their potential eligibility for VA disability benefits, understand how their medical and service records support a claim, identify missing evidence, and organize their records against the relevant regulatory requirements. Tokio Marine HCC will share how they are using knowledge graphs and Aura Agent to analyze complex contract data and uncover cost-saving opportunities. By connecting vendors, locations, services, pricing, and contracts in a graph, analysis of the first 20 contracts identified approximately $1million in potential savings. They’ll also show how they are using Snowflake Cortex, Aura Agent and Neo4j MCP Server into a broader multi-agent architecture for answering complex business questions. Join us to learn how organizations across industries are using Neo4j Aura Agent to build intelligent, context-aware applications that go beyond chatbots and deliver real business outcomes. What you'll learn: - Explore the latest capabilities and features in Neo4j Aura Agent. - Learn how customers are deploying graph-powered AI agents in production. - Understand the architectural patterns, challenges, and lessons learned from real-world implementations. - Get inspired by practical use cases from healthcare and other industries.
