These plans establish guidelines for sustainable development and coherence, ensuring alignment with national and regional planning policies." Challenges: However, PLU and PLUi are frequently updated by local administrations, making them: - Highly technical and complex - Full of interconnected annexes, plans, zones, and PDFs to consult - Resources and files distributed across multiple platforms in various formats Conducting a feasibility study for a single building—or worse, a group of buildings—faces major challenges: - Extremely time-consuming process - Costly analysis and research - Risk of discovering project unfeasibility after significant investments Outcome: Therefore, by leveraging OpenAI API and LangGraph, BâtiChat offers an autonomous multi-agent system designed to assist: - Architects - Real estate developers - Administrators Simply enter the address along with your question to receive: - Relevant building data and urban context - Urban codes with source files and reference images - Corresponding 3D model of the building with context - Automatic calculations based on the data All data, along with the source files, is stored in a tailored graph database built on Neo4j, accessible through the Aura API. The decision-making process can be simplified and expedited by interacting with this assistant through natural language. This project has been selected by Station F, one of the world's leading incubators.

I am the Founder of BâtiChat and an AI Engineer specializing in knowledge graphs, GraphRAG, and urban planning intelligence. She is building an executable graph of planning regulations using Neo4j and LLMs to help accelerate AEC workflows with AI solutions. Combining architecture, data, and AI, her work bridges the gap between unstructured regulations and automated decision-making systems.
