However, to use some of the services and functionality of the Site, such as to use Neo4j Cloud, Neo4j Sandbox, download a book, software, obtain training or other information or subscribe to a newsletter or comment on our blogs, you may be required to register for an account. When you register for an account or otherwise contact us with questions or comments or submit a proposed talk, we will collect personally identifiable information such as your name, e-mail address, company name, job title and/or function and any other contact or personally identifiable information that you voluntarily transmit with your communications to us. When you download our software products we may collect information about the usage of our products, such as, product edition, version downloaded, system type and IP address and database instance identifier. To use our support services, you will be required to register for an account with your name, email address, company name, username and password. If you use our Neo4j Browser Sync, Neo4j Cloud and Neo4j Sandbox services we will collect the information that you voluntarily include in your saved queries, including, personally identifiable information and business information. If you use our Neo4j Browser Sync, Neo4j Cloud and Neo4j Sandbox services, you will be required to login using your GitHub , Twitter and/or Google credentials and we will receive your login credentials and any information that GitHub, Twitter and/or Google provides to us.
We may use your personally identifiable information to register you to use our services and to provide our services to you, contact you to deliver certain services or information to our registered users, verify your authority to enter our Site, send you marketing communications regarding products or services that we believe may be of interest to you, improve the content and general administration of the Site and our services and provide you with notices regarding our services.

Social Plugins on Our Site

If you use our Neo4j Browser Sync, Neo4j Cloud and Neo4j Sandbox services, you will be required to login using your GitHub, Twitter and/or Google credentials. Additionally, there may be places where we offer the ability for Neo4j applications to connect with third party social networks, such as Twitter or Facebook. Neo4j allows an individual access to their personally identifiable information and allows the individual to correct, amend or delete inaccurate information, except where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the privacy of the individual in the case in question or where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated.
