From Apple Health to Aura Agent: Building a Personal Longevity Coach in Neo4j – Neo4j @ WAD2026

I turned 8.5 years of my Apple Health data into a Neo4j Aura knowledge graph and built a Whoop-style coach: Recovery, Strain, Sleep scoring, illness-day detection, and an Aura Agent
that answers ""am I overtraining?"" in 200 lines of Cypher. Live demo of the full pipeline: XML export → ETL → graph → 6-page dashboard → AI agent reasoning over the graph.
