Upgrading a trial

At any time during your 14-day trial or up to 14 days after your trial expires, you can upgrade to a paid plan using one of the following options:

Credit Card

  1. Open your trial graph dataset.

  2. Select Update at the top right corner of your screen.

  3. Select Request Upgrade on the popup dialog.

  4. Navigate to the provided billing URL and login to the Aura console using Continue with Microsoft with the same account you use to login to Fabric.

  5. Add your payment method on the billing page and this transitions your account to a paid account.

Azure Marketplace

  1. Open the Neo4j AuraDB Professional (pay-as-you-go) product page on Azure Marketplace.

  2. Use the button Get It Now to purchase the plan.

  3. At the end of the process, you will have a new Aura project that is linked to Azure Marketplace. When creating new graph dataset instances, you will be presented with a list of available projects, where you can select this new project and use the workload without any trial limitations.

Upgrading via Azure Marketplace results in a new Organization and Project being created in Aura, which means that you need to recreate your graph dataset item from scratch.
